My newspaer reading habits are topics that have interest towards me. I read the nespaper often as 1-3 times a week. I read the Olando Sentinel newspaper. The sections in the newspaper that I like to read are sports, front-page, enetertainment, economy, and fashion. Since I don't have time to watch games on tv, I can find out in the sports section who won or lost the game, stats on my favorite player, player injuries, or what's going on ib the sport's today. Front-Page, because it's eye catching towards the audience and I feel the important news are displayed in the front. Entertainment, to fid out ehat is going on in celebrities lifestyle. Fashion. try to keep up to date with it, and know what's hot and not.
My opinion about newspaper is they are being sacarity in society today. With all the new technology coming into use, a few years from now there will be no newspaper. i feel like everybody don't have access to computers, internet, t.v., or magazines. The newspaper is a good source to them now compare to the ole' days. zi like the newspaper. The news was started from the printing press of newspapers. Yes, newspaper can have an impact on today's society within the media.
To me, I feel ready to read and learn from the newspaper. It's a worldwide newspaper with media about our society in different countries or states in everyday of people's lives asnd aspects of it. My learning expectation for this clas is to expand my learning in the media. To find out what's happening all over the world it will help me when I need to do live reports, stories, or my stories get printed from the press where everyone can read.
To be honest, it's fun, exciting, and exhilirant. First, we are saving money from buying a hundred dollar school book compared to subcribe to a thirty dollar newspaper for fifth-teen weeks. Plus, my Professor ken Carpenter stated in class, "this book is sisxth edition and reading within it, the information is not current or accurate for us. On the other hand, you have a newspaper that is deliver to us 6 times per a week with information up to date, useful to our knowledge, and upbringth into this world.
